What is the BestAgent Club?
The BestAgent Club is a completely new member organisation of like-minded, high-integrity estate agency business owners, branch managers or directors, pooling their collective influence to steer the moving industry towards faster transactions, fairer fees for quality agents, and an end to overvaluing.

Join the BestAgent Club
Membership costs £100 per month + vat, accrues as “Lead Credit” in your BestAgent BackOffice account.
Standard Membership benefits include:
- Early Access to BestAgent Public House Price Index results (exchange price paid data)
- Referral commission earnings from all FS, Legal and other leads originating from your listings
- Access to exclusive, member-only, regional and national regular private member events, online and in person, to discuss matters affecting members
- Free access to in-person training events with various trainers (chargeable to non-members)
- Forum participation on policies for lead delivery from BestAgent Property
- BestAgent Club Membership badge for display in email signatures and on your website and marketing

- Lead Credit x 3 Multiplier worth £24,000 over 10 years for members who join before BestAgent Day, up to 8.59am on 4th September 2024
- Profit Share Participation for lifetime of membership at double the rate, or a 2:1 ratio, compared with Founder Members who join on the day, after 9am

- Profit Share Participation for lifetime of membership at half the rate, or a 1:2 ratio, compared with Founder Members who join before 9am on the 4th September 2024

No minimum term | You can cancel your membership at any time (but lose all accrued benefits and bonus credits) | No refunds given
Membership Eligibility subject to strict rules of compliance with minimum legal requirements for all agents to be operating.
Membership is not guaranteed, and your application may be rejected without reason being given. Check eligibility rules before joining as initial fee will not be refunded if your application is rejected, to cover the costs of the membership selection process.
